The Healthy Work Matters Group, formerly known as the Sheffield Occupational Health Development Group (SOHDG) is a multi-disciplinary group consisting of health professionals from different organisations in Sheffield. The members are from the Local Engineering and Employment Federation, the Local City Council, the Chamber of Commerce, the Sheffield Occupational Advisory Service, the Hospital Corporate Development and the Employment Medical Advisory Service of HSE. The group also includes medical professionals from the Northern General and the Royal Hallamshire hospitals, psychologists from Community Health, occupational health nurses, local General Medical Practitioners, members from Public Health Medicine and scientists from the Health and Safety Laboratory in Buxton.
